Due to work commitments, family members may life in different places, possibly even overseas. However, when special occasions arise, it would be wonderful to have a common space where everyone can come together, reminiscing about the cherished days of the past.

Step 1: Gather ideas for the house, including the design from our original home and other houses that exhibit artistic and cultural influences from the area, both traditional and contemporary, in order to set the objectives.

Step 2: Develop a layout that aligns with the daily activities of the members. It should not be overly complicated but suitable for practical use.

Step 3: Sketch the design of the house as it is remembered.

Step 4: Select materials or elements from the original house that we wish to retain.

Additionally, it is crucial to find craftsmen who are proficient in woodworking, particularly if they have specialized knowledge in specific types of wood. For instance, bamboo requires particular expertise in its crafting.
